Exclara Inc., is seeking Sales and Marketing Specialist. This individual will be responsible for supporting customers via phone and email with orders, shipping information or other information related to order fulfillment. This position will require familiarization with all Exclara Inc., products, in-depth knowledge of customer accounts. This position will also coordinate with Operations Department to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers and coordinate with the Engineering Departments to ensure product availability for Engineering Samples.
This position will be responsible for basic sales order entry and data processing in the sales office and project / customer follow-up. This will be required for both domestic and international sales. The opportunity of meeting with customers directly and traveling occasionally within the United States/ to different countries will be offered when you are well trained and outperformed.
Works including but not limited to:
- Customer service
- Basic sales order entry including RMA processing
- Respond or forward appropriately customer support calls
- Assist with various levels of sales documentation
- Generate quotes
- Generate reports that highlight sales data and aid in assessment of performance to forecast
- Conduct marketing research
- Perform all works in compliance with Exclara’s Company policy and within the guidelines of Exclara’s Quality System.
B.S. in Business Administration, preferable in sales and marketing, statistic fields. With relevant working experience in lighting industry, power module/driver is an advantage. Additional schooling in IT or engineering would be a plus. 2-5 years Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer service. Experience with Customers in Asia is a plus. Extremely motivated, team player, flexible and skilled at multitasking. Must have basic computer skills, experience with Office and CRM software. Exemplary organizational skills as well as communicational skills. Phone, email, Presentation and verbal communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Exclara Inc., is seeking Power Supply Design Engineer. This individual will be responsible for designing power module for LED lighting product with Exclara’s AC technology.
This position will require familiarization with all Exclara Inc, products and in-depth knowledge of lighting market. The position will require team work and taking ideas from concept to high volume launch (production) is desired. The position will coordinate with Sales & marketing team for product definition of modular power supply and work with R&D team to jointly come up with module design and application for end customers. This position also requires working closely with operations team/factories for engineering samples and providing final module products within tight deadlines/schedules.
The candidate should have good understand of general area such as all varieties of modular power supplies topology used in AC/AC, AC/DC, DC/DC; schematic drawings; PCB board manufacturing; materials (BOM) for applications; high volume assembly manufacturing requirements; simulation, testing, evaluation and quality assurance; experience in common international quality standard such as UL, CE, EMC etc.
Applicant must be self-directed and own the problem while driving multiple solutions in parallel. Must be able to design, author and direct suppliers and factories, manage external vendors and partners. Must be a continuous learner with a strong curiosity for new ideas. Well organized, excellent project management and communication skills is a must. The role will require occasional travel within the United States and internationally (mostly Asia).
Bachelors’ degree in electrical engineering, or related technology. Relevant working experience in lighting industry, power module/driver is a must. At least 8 years’ relevant experience in module design.Good communication skills. Experience with customers in Asia or mandarin speaker is a plus. Extremely initiative, team player, flexible and skilled at multitasking. Have knowledge of computer skills such as Office and other CAD design tools. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
