The company is based in the Silicon Valley area in Northern California, home to Stanford University and numerous high-tech companies. The company has an extensive patent portfolio.

Shri Dodani - President and Chief Executive Officer

Shri Dodani is a veteran executive of both the computer and communications industry with engineering, sales and marketing experience at major silicon, systems and software companies.

Shri’s extensive experience in technology and management with large companies such as Intel, Nortel and Alcatel Lucent, and entrepreneurial experience, has helped him launch successful start ups including StrataLight (OPXT), VxTel, and Carrier Access Corp. (CACS) with multiple products in multi-hundred millions of revenue to generate substantial shareholder returns.

Prior to joining Exclara, Mr. Dodani was President and CEO at StrataLight Communications. Prior to that, he held several executive positions at Intel, including business development in the Consumer Electronics Group and general management in the Communications Group. Mr. Dodani was the President and CEO at VxTel, a Silicon Valley Voice-over-IP silicon and software start-up that was acquired by Intel.

Dr. Anatoly Shteynberg - Exclara Inc. Chief Technical Officer

Dr. Anatoly Shteynberg, a co-founder of Exclara with a distinguished career of over 30 years, is a recognized leader in power conversion technology with 62 patents and 100 publications in power management.

Dr. Shteynberg is a former Vice President of R&D for Institute of Cybernetics of the USSR Academy of Sciences Moscow-Kishinev, USSR. In the USA he held various executive and technical leadership positions: Vice President of corporate engineering for SiPEX, Director of Engineering for Switched Power and iWatt inc. technology leadership positions at IBM, Siemens, and Ericsson.

Dr Shteynberg is an expert in R&D processes and management to create cost effective designs for high volume manufacturing with extensive background in development of power conversion theory and a variety of industrial LED drivers, AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters and battery charges for volume production.

Bert Tao - Exclara Inc. Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Bert is a Silicon Valley executive with over 30 years experience in the semiconductor industry. He has led start-ups as well as $200M corporate divisions in achieving significant annual revenue and income growth and driving two acquisitions. Prior to Exclara, he was CEO at mSilica, a provider of LED backlight driver IC's. Before that, he was the Group VP/GM at Winbond Electronics responsible for the Computer Products Business Group. Bert also held business unit management positions at National Semiconductor and engineering management positions at Rockwell International, Ecco industries, and Sharp Corporation.

Ray Kunita – Vice President, Operations

Ray brings to Exclara more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and microprocessor industry. Prior to Exclara, Ray was Vice President of Product Development for the Microprocessor Product Division at PMC-Sierra. Ray joined PMC-Sierra when it purchased Quantum Effect Devices (QEDI), the company he co-founded. Prior to QED, Ray was Director of Engineering for High End Systems at MIPS Computer Systems involved in multiple generations of the MIPS microprocessors and systems.
