Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist / Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Exclara Inc., is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist / Assistant. This individual will be responsible for supporting customers via phone and email with orders, shipping information or other information related to order fulfillment. This position will require familiarization with all Exclara Inc., products, in-depth knowledge of customer accounts. This position will also coordinate with Operations Department to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers and coordinate with the Engineering Departments to ensure product availability for Engineering Samples.

This position will be responsible for basic sales order entry and data processing in the sales office and project / customer follow-up. This will be required for both domestic and international sales. The opportunity of meeting with customers directly and traveling occasionally within states/ to different countries will be offered when you are well trained and outperformed.
Works including but not limited to:
  • - Customer service
  • - Basic sales order entry including RMA processing
  • - Respond or forward appropriately customer support calls
  • - Assist with various levels of sales documentation
  • - Generate quotes
  • - Generate reports that highlight sales data and aid in assessment of performance to forecast
  • - Conduct marketing research
  • - Perform all works in compliance with Exclara’s Company policy and within the guidelines of Exclara’s Quality System.


Job Qualifications:

B.S. in Business Administration, preferable in sale and marketing, or statistic related fields. With relevant working experience in lighting industry, power module/driver is an advantage. Additional schooling in sales/business administration. 2-5 years’ Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer service. Experience with Customers in Asia is a plus. Extremely motivated, team player, flexible and skilled at multitasking. Must have basic computer skills, experience with Office and CRM software. Exemplary organizational skills as well as communicational skills. Phone, email, Presentation and verbal communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
